I cannot tell you how amazing Robert Lucas is at his trade. I recently dyed my naturally very blonde hair to a chestnut brown, and wanted to take it back to its blonde beginnings. I knew I needed an expert to get it right (because I'm extremely picky with my hair...especially with blonde hair). I googled ""best chicago hair colorist"" and Robert's salon came up. After reading all of the reviews, I knew I wanted to check him out. After speaking to the receptionist, Robert himself called to talk to me about what exactly it was that I wanted to do with my hair. He made me feel very comfortable, as well as made me feel confident he could get the job done and do it well. GREAT customer service! Once the day of my appt. came Robert ended up having to spend extra time on me because I had more hair than expected. When the final result was revealed, I couldn't have been more pleased. It looked so natural and beautiful...and there was absolutely nothing natural about it! YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM! He's simply the best. And his assistants are the sweetest, most down-to-earth people ever. Be prepared to wait a little bit to get in with him, but perfection takes time. He's well worth every penny and worth the wait. Trust me.....I don't review and give 5 stars to just ANYONE.
