A friend introduced me to Robert years ago on a visit to Chicago. Since then, I plan all of my trips to Chicago around my appointment with Robert. Recently, I thought I could save some money and see a local stylist here in San Francisco. She came top-rated -- WHAT A MISTAKE!! One I will never make again! Robert is a truly talented artist. He takes his time with me to retouch my color and style as if I am his only client. I will always come to Chicago to see Robert for my hair color. I can't tell you all the compliments I get from my friends in San Francisco.
Pros: I will never find a better colorist
