I am surprised that this new facility, one that our dollars went to paying for...would allow and tolerate employees (Federal at that) that are so rude and discourteous. I had a similar experience with one of the clerks. I had a small package that one of the top corners was looking like it would come undone. I asked if I could have a peice of his tape from his tape dispenser- sitting on the counter. He refused and told me to buy a roll from the supply wall. A piece of scotch tape...really?? I realize that this is just a small insignificant story but I have had on many occassions been able to observe curt answers to other customers by that now very noticable clerk.
Pros: One or two friendly staff, well stocked po.
Cons: One or two rude and unhelpful staff, hours are unusal
