US Post Office

I am surprised that this new facility, one that our dollars went to paying for...would allow and tolerate employees (Federal at that) that are so rude and discourteous. I had a similar experience with one of the clerks. I had a small package that one of the top corners was looking like it would come undone. I asked if I could have a peice of his tape from his tape dispenser- sitting on the counter. He refused and told me to buy a roll from the supply wall. A piece of scotch tape...really?? I realize that this is just a small insignificant story but I have had on many occassions been able to observe curt answers to other customers by that now very noticable clerk. Pros: One or two friendly staff, well stocked po. Cons: One or two rude and unhelpful staff, hours are unusal more

customer service is really really rude. its amazing to see such irresponsible people handling the mail. one guys there absolutely disgusted me how he treated one customer that was trying to get paperwork filled out. I walked out of that building because i can?t believe the employee behaved in such ill-mannered way. Cons: dont even go to this post office more

I have always had a pleasant experience at this post office. Staff have been helpful and courteous and friendly like neighbors. Pros: rarely a wait Cons: no stamp machine more

People in there are ccompletly rude and inconciderate. Wasted my time and efforts completly because the moron who works there didnt tell me about an appointment when i specifically talked to him the previous time about filliong out paper work. Then he started arguing with me that it never happened. more

I really appreciate the customer service I receive each time I use this post office. The employees are all extremely friendly and helpful! I am thankful I live close to this post office. Thanks Will and Alice:) Pros: Alice and Will are very helpful!! more
