Review content:
I took my car in after a collision about two years ago. Staff were friendly enough, looked trust worthy. I love my car and I am very cautious on who's going to work on my car and what's going to be done. Yes, they finished my car but the part they put on did not match the part that they took off, something was missing under the bumper. I may not know the name of the part, I didn't take pictures of under my car, but I know something was missing. I told them it was the mud guard or curb guard that was attached to the bumper. They just looked at me like I have no clue. I have no reason to lie. I am a decent person who just cares about my car. I don't think they used the OEM. My opinion is they probably put a used part from the wrecking yard, and put it on my Nissan Sentra SER. I'm not sure but it didn't look like the original part that was taken off.
