Review content:
The service department at dave hayes is the poorest i have ever seen they made racial statements over the phone about the manufacturer of our product and refused to honor their service contract with the manufacturer because we did not purchase the unit from them even though they are the authorized service department in our area! They told us that the manufacturer should just send us a new machine and that they didn't feel the machine was broken when they had not even looked at it! everyone we talked to over there was as nasty as they could be on the phone as well and called the manufacturer a bunch of liars... i wouldn't buy anything or get anything serviced at dave hayes EVER!!!!!!
