The service department at dave hayes is the poorest i have ever seen they made racial statements over the phone about the manufacturer of our product and refused to honor their service contract with the manufacturer because we did not purchase the unit from them even though they are the authorized service department in our area! They told us that the manufacturer should just send us a new machine and that they didn't feel the machine was broken when they had not even looked at it! everyone we talked to over there was as nasty as they could be on the phone as well and called the manufacturer a bunch of liars... i wouldn't buy anything or get anything serviced at dave hayes EVER!!!!!! more

Dave Hayes Appliance provides exceptional service. I had a problem with my refrigerator this morning, everything was frozen. I couldn't figure out what was wrong, so I called Dave Hayes. I described the problem and they sent a technician over who brought a few parts and was able to fix the problem in about an hour. Thanks for the help!! more

Dave Hayes Appliance store is the only store I would ever buy appliances from. After my recent appliance shopping experience I learned a few things. Dave Hayes is extremely knowledgable, which cannot be said about the other local stores. Let me explain... I went appliance shopping and Dave Hayes was on my list of stores to check out. After going to the big box stores I went to Dave Hayes which is where I actually learned about the products I was interested in. They could answer ALL of my questions unlike the other stores. They had a great selection and the best price. I would never look anywhere else again. more
