I have lived as a tenant in their properties for a while now. While the lease states that heat is included there is no heat in the winter. They keep it turned down so low that tenants have to use space heaters. This raises the tenants electric bill quite a bit. It also creates a dangerous situation for the entire building. The electrical wiring is so old that outlets are burning out because of the space heaters. I have 2 that burned up and also fried a power strip. They also do not make any repairs to the building. ONe man has had no wall for 3 years. The ceilings in one of their buildings are falling in because they refused to pay $1,940 to fix the roof which is badly damaged. They collect the rent but refuse to put any money back into the building. Cons: No heat or repairs
