I am looking at some of the doom and gloom reports here and alot of my friends who do business with these people say they take forever to pay. One company told them that he could not be their bank.. well people it is a sign of the times .. they want there money and if you are late you signed an agreement to pay a thirty dollar late fee.. I and r never signs that agreeement with vendors or contractors because they know they are going to be late .. Now as for road conditions i just drive slower and avoid the potholes ..the guys who work here are not hiding ,they just do not get the equipment or material they always need . although, they do do alot of cold patching in the summer ..a hot thankless job really as I'm sure their pay is very minimal if not minimum wage . I have watched them dig holes for leaks by hand because as one friend of mine told me he can't come out here and then wait six months on his money . I really do not know what to say except that there is not too many places around here I can live as moderately as i do having been laid off for eighteen months and no jobs to be had.. I guess what I am saying is everyone is broke so do not expect a whole lot to happen too soon.. more

A HUGE INVESTMENT, GOING TO TAKE A LOSS! 8/17/2009

We purchased close to a $90,000 (a year ago) manufactured home and added a 12 x 28 ft. covered deck and two car carport. We were told the water problems with the drainage in the yard would be taken care of and the Black Top driveway would be repaired and resealed. My husband at the age of 76 years old ended up digging 3 ditches 100 ft one at 75 ft and another in the back 100 ft, he bought the black piping and gravel and we got rid of the yard water. This year my husband filled the driveway and sealed it himself. Now our friends and family refuse to even drive over for our weekly get togethers becaus of the road conditions. My friend almost had an accident trying to miss all the holes in the roads. We are now trying to sell this place, It seems like anyone who is coming into the park really do not care (I think they call it Trailer Trash) That is what I & R properties is going to end up with. The community Post Office here is terrible, so many SPIDERS AND SPIDER WEBS you are scared to go in and get your mail. Please wish us luck getting out of here. Great Place to Ruin Your Car!!! 4/25/2009

This place refuses to do any maintenance at all! I have lived in Key Estates in Norwalk, Ohio for many years now. It has gone down since the day I moved in. We lost our last manager because she moved off site. She was fired for this reason. Now we have none available and from the looks of things they do not plan on hiring anyone. The roads and parking area is ridiculous. There is not a place that you could look to not find a pothole. 3/4 of the security lights are burned out or do not work. Slum Lords 3/29/2009

I have lived as a tenant in their properties for a while now. While the lease states that heat is included there is no heat in the winter. They keep it turned down so low that tenants have to use space heaters. This raises the tenants electric bill quite a bit. It also creates a dangerous situation for the entire building. The electrical wiring is so old that outlets are burning out because of the space heaters. I have 2 that burned up and also fried a power strip. They also do not make any repairs to the building. ONe man has had no wall for 3 years. The ceilings in one of their buildings are falling in because they refused to pay $1,940 to fix the roof which is badly damaged. They collect the rent but refuse to put any money back into the building. Cons: No heat or repairs more
