No matter how close you pay attention to all of the rules and regulations they have stipulated in the lease they find loopholes to fine you $25 very chance they have. They have also renigged on oral aggrements that were upheld for over 7 months. Another thing is their very intimate relationship with the electric company AP&L. If you are even a couple of days late (with payment in route) they notify you that they have the right to evict you from the premises. Plus, the water bill is not your own. It is a total building bill (8 units together) that is divided by the office depending on how many people riside in your specific apartment, and it will get raised if you have a baby since that is considered a whole other person. Get a copy of the lease BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING!!! There are many small details that they do not inform you about until it is too late. e.g. grill covers can only be black nothing else and if the grill cover isn't on the minute the grill is cooled down from cooking they will fine you $25 for leaving it an ""eyesore"". If I could undo the one star I had to rate it at I would. Negative 5 stars for them! Pros: no pros to mention Cons: everything
