Review content:
My son and another college young man rented this place for a year. Upon leaving, they cleaned and did everything to make it like they left it except for anything not in their contract. They cleaned all the appliances and left them in good condition. Thus they were not expecting a huge bill in a month saying how bad the apartment was when they left it. i know what they went through trying to be good tenets and being fair.
Pros: 2 Bedroom townhouse
Cons: potholes always in driveways. Services not always productive or timely.
