Rude! Go to Ryan's up the street. Purchased extended warranty, was required to use Bob's. They called, said I had to pay an additional $100 to them to fix the unit, since the protection plan only covered $100 in repairs (WTF?) Called protection plan people, they said no, I don't pay anything, the repair center (Bob's) picks up the tab, and the plan pays them. The protection plan center was appalled that Bob's tried to charge me, and then collect the extra $'s from them too. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAUGE
