Same issue with me. Same technician. I replaced 3 parts that would normally do the trick. Randy comes over, hooks meter up to 2 leads for the Water inlet valve... and decides that it would be best if I just bought a new one based on age.
So, I get a bill for $101... $66 service call and $35 diagnostic fee. Have had work done by other appliance repair places in the past. This was a bit excessive for the work done. STAY AWAY!
