This company has no interest in good service. They are not computerized and search past work/repair by date of repair only. So if you do not have your invoice, then they cant help you! Even when their work was subpar and the machine continues to not work....you either have the date they were out ....or you are screwed. they are also not certified to do Whirlpool repairs. I checked with Whirlpool. AND they dot seem to have an issue with this standard of administration. They actually yelled at me on the phone. I think her name was Deanna.,\r more

Nice servicemen 4/19/2011

I've had Sands out a few times over the years and have never been disappointed. If a part needed to be ordered, they returned to fix my appliance a few days later. Diagnosis of problems have been spot on. The servicemen are always neat and courteous. They clean up their work area nicely. Some of the servicemen have been there for many years. Thumbs up. more

Another complain 9/2/2010

Same issue with me. Same technician. I replaced 3 parts that would normally do the trick. Randy comes over, hooks meter up to 2 leads for the Water inlet valve... and decides that it would be best if I just bought a new one based on age. So, I get a bill for $101... $66 service call and $35 diagnostic fee. Have had work done by other appliance repair places in the past. This was a bit excessive for the work done. STAY AWAY! more

Have check book ready 8/3/2009

Randy was quick on making an assessment on our dishwasher, but stated it wasn't worth fixing. Unfortunately, he spent 20 minutes arguing with his office on who was responsible in their organization for processing my credit card while standing in my kitchen. I finally got tired on listening to this and paid by check. Pros: Quick assessment on appliance Cons: Difficult to charge to credit card more
