I am 71 years old and I have been treated by Michael Moschel for a variety of joint, muscular and other structural maladies. Today, I feel healthier and younger than I did when I first came to Michael in September of 2008. I was suffering from upper back pain on my initial visit to Michael. He was able to straighten my spine and alleviate the pain. I experienced severe pain in my right knee and had difficulty walking. Running was impossible. In just one session with Michael, who manipulated the knee joint, the pain was gone and, after the second treatment I was able to resume running and have been doing so ever since without any discomfort at all.However, even more remarkable than that has been the relief I got from stomach muscle spasms. I had seen a physician who prescribed muscle relaxant that made me drowsy and had little effect on my stomach. Michael used his hands to undo the spasms and, after only one visit to him they were completely gone and I felt fine. Even more remarkable has been his work in loosening scar tissue from a prostate operation. Ten (10) years ago I had surgery on an enlarged prostate. I had been retaining as much as 1,000 ccs of urine in my bladder after urinating and my kidneys were in danger. The operation was successful but, within a couple of years scar tissue grew and my urine retention began to increase. I have been seeing the urologist who did the operation every 6 months but when the urine retention started to worsen again I brought the problem to Michael?s attention. He began loosening the scar tissue with manual manipulation and now, before I see the urologist, I see Michael and, as a result of his work, the urine retention has returned to normal. I told the urologist about what Michael has been doing and the he has been very impressed. Michael?s work, my doctor believes, has saved me from another operation.
