The first time Mike worked on me I was having trouble breathing, noticeably hunched over and was emotionally drained. After an hour and a half I was comfortably standing upright, breathing a lot easier while taking in a noticeably greater amount of air and my mood shifted in that I was dramatically less stressed and felt much more energized, like I was fully connected to myself again.
Pros: Friendly, Nurturing, Knowledgeble, Respectful, Thorough, Patient, Comfortable, I could go on...
Cons: I honestly can't think of any...
