Review content:
I was initially impressed by Pam Cook's friendly phone demeanor when I called with a broken heater. Pam made an immediate appointment, was very polite, helped to educate us on the best equipment upgrades (without overselling). Installation was fast and competent. However, my repeated requests by phone (and my even showing up at her office in person and happening to catch her -- by the way, the actual address is incorrectly stated online) for information that would allow me to register my new equipment's warranty have resulted in nothing but lack of responsiveness on Pam's part, promises to ""get to it,"" and ""ask my gal from the office to get it,"" etc. This has gone on for more than 6 months. Another call on my part 10 days ago resulted in Pam telling me that her office person was gone for a week, but that she promised to call me with the information by end of day on Tuesday, January 10th. Today is January 11, and i have left yet another call for the information I need (this time saying, ""I don't know what else to do. I'm so disappointed."") There is no licensing board for heating/AC professionals in Colorado, so there's no way to complain to a licensing entity. Also, Cook's BBB accreditation had been revoked due to non-responsiveness to a customer's complaint (BBB rating is F-). Do NOT rely on a single, personal referral. Search online and do your own research before doing business.
