Review content:
I have paid my monthly dues and maintenance fees as required by my contract. I brought in a written request to cancel my contract per the agreement, and guess what they still charged my credit card despite the fact that I gave them 3 months notice.
Also my credit card expired during the year, and I brought them a new credit card as soon as I received their request. Now they are claiming I didn't follow procedure and they charged me a $20 fee. It's only $20 but I am not paying for something that is not my fault.
I have also dealt with this Sally person who is rude and actually hung up on me. This place is awful and I would not recommend it to anyone. STAY AWAY. They are disorganized and rude.
