Unfortunately, we did not heed the warnings from reviewers on here! I wish we would have listened! We have lived here almost a month and the items that were supposed to be fixed from our initial walk-through have still not been fixed. Well, with one exception, I suppose... If you count ""fixing"" the paint-stained carpet from the previous tentants by PATCHING with huge pieces of carpeting all over the apartment. (The carpeting isn't even an exact match. Why not just replace the cheap carpet before we moved in? Afterall, we signed a 15-month lease; it's not like we'll only be there for 6 months! And, besides there are still some paint stains that were missed during the ""patch job""!) Even though moving is such a hassle, we still have a week to find a different apartment. The best thing about this place is that they have a one-month satisfaction guarantee. Of course, we haven't tried to move out yet, so I guess we'll see if they will abide by any of their ""guarantees"". Please heed the warnings and FIND A DIFFERENT APARTMENT COMMUNITY!!!
