I have come to this center for about 4 years now and I can see that the place is getting worse. In about a year now, the staffs are unorganized, cancelled my appointments left and right, the time for the treatment cut shorter and shorter to the point of unbelievable, ... But the most important thing is the quality of the service is getting worse. They do the legs and face hairs removal in half an hour (compare I used to get it done in 1 to 1.5 hour in the past), I just got the photo laser done today and the girl did it in 7 mins. Can you believe it? in 7 mins and you know that a treatment for photo laser is not cheap at all. I am very very disappointed with this place recently. I have so many bad experience at this place recently. All the good staffs that used to work there were gone.
I don't want to give it a bad rating but I just want to let people that will sign up treatments at this center a head up with what you are getting into. They need to change the way they service. They just want to do it as fast as they can and get the numbers in, so they can get the commission at the end of the year. The technologies are there, but the people who deliver the technologies to customers are bad.
