I came to the North Andover American Laser throughout the year last year. A little weird sharing reviews for hair removal, but I was really pleased with the results so I felt like I should share about it. The people that work here are great, very professional and extremely nice! I started seeing results after only a few treatments and now the hair is almost completely gone! It's like magic! I can't explain how happy I am with the whole thing, especially because I was rather hesitant to do it at first. more

I started going to American Laser Center in 2006 because I won a raffle that they held at an event in Bosoton, so I got a really great deal. I started with hair removal on my legs and soon branched out to other areas and other treatments. I found that it took a few treatments to see a noticable difference, but I am very pleased with the results I have gotten. I LOVE the fact that I can put on a tank top or pair of shorts and I don't have to worry about shaving! The staff at the office is always courteous and friendly and they are very knowledgable. However, like anything, what you put in is what you get back....in other words...if you want great results, you need to be disiplined about getting the treatments on the correct schedule. I would definitely recommend American Laser in North Andover! more

Look, I'm having a bit of an MLC (mid-life crisis) and when I saw myself on videotape at my Dad's memorial service I didn't like what I saw. I'd also had weight loss surgery and my face looked saggy. The North Andover office is the closest to my hometown in New Hampshire. When I contacted them they were very prompt at calling me back and scheduled a consult right away. I'd researched American Laser on their website and knew what services I was interested in. The manager was very thorough in explaining exactly what the services were like and what they would or wouldn't do for me. She was also very helpful with getting financing for me. My esthetician is caring and very attentive to my comfort during and after my services. All staff members are friendly and helpful. They welcome me and make me feel very valued as a customer and a person. This business has earned my loyalty. more

I went there two years ago. Bought over a thousand dollars worth of package. It was hard to call in and make an appointment because they never return your phone call. Maybe they will in 3 days or a week, but that's really unacceptable follow-up time frame! Anyway, after I made a cancellation on one of the appointments because of conflict, they didn't call back to re-book an appointment for me. They just didn't call me for almost 2 years. They took the money and just didn't care if you came back. I knew my package wouldn't run out, and I didn't need the service at the time, so I didn't get in touch with them either.. So this year, I called back because I need the service, I had called them 5 times, left them 3 messages, and it took them a span of 3 days to get back to me. I was so upset! I didn't even know if their business was still working or not, since it takes them so long! Anyway, this type of follow-up is not transparent, and judging them from a business standpoint, I would not come back after this package runs out. Conclusion: I do NOT recommend this place. more

I have come to this center for about 4 years now and I can see that the place is getting worse. In about a year now, the staffs are unorganized, cancelled my appointments left and right, the time for the treatment cut shorter and shorter to the point of unbelievable, ... But the most important thing is the quality of the service is getting worse. They do the legs and face hairs removal in half an hour (compare I used to get it done in 1 to 1.5 hour in the past), I just got the photo laser done today and the girl did it in 7 mins. Can you believe it? in 7 mins and you know that a treatment for photo laser is not cheap at all. I am very very disappointed with this place recently. I have so many bad experience at this place recently. All the good staffs that used to work there were gone. I don't want to give it a bad rating but I just want to let people that will sign up treatments at this center a head up with what you are getting into. They need to change the way they service. They just want to do it as fast as they can and get the numbers in, so they can get the commission at the end of the year. The technologies are there, but the people who deliver the technologies to customers are bad. more

I have been going to ALC since February of 09 getting my upper lip and brazilian extended done and I am so happy already with my results and I am not even half way through my treatments. The girls there are so friendly, helpful and professional and I love that they are so personable and remember me every time I come in. The treatment was surprisingly more affordable then I had expected and they almost always have great promotions that can save you a ton of money. I am so glad that I went with ALC! more
