I live about an hour and a half from North County Import Specialists, but I still go there because I trust them and they do a good job. Whatever they fix, I never have any problems with.
I've been taking my car there for about five years. Glenn will never recommend any unnecessary work. For example, if I thought it was time to have my brakes replaced and I went in ready to have them done, he'd tell me exactly how much time or number of inches I had left on them and wouldn't jump to replacing them for me until they needed it. Any other shop would jump on replacing them and I wouldn't know any difference!
I have recommended them to friends of mine, because they are honest and they know what they're doing. Plus, Glenn is always calm when I am frazzled. This is a really great place!
