Review content:
We love North County Import Specialists! We have recommended them many times, pretty much any chance we have, as we have never had a bad experience with these people. When we first came to this area, they were actually recommended to me by someone that knew of them. At at that we had a Camry and they serviced that. Then we bought a Lexus, and even though it was still under warranty we would take it to Glenn at North County Import Specialists instead of the dealership. He knows the parameters of the warranty and won't step over the line to void it or do work outside his area of expertise. We were hit from the side once and the car was taken to a dealership in Carlsbad to be repaired, but we still took it to Glenn afterwards to have him look at it and sign off on it, and he still found a bolt missing! I trust Glenn, because he has demonstrated time after time why we can trust him. He's a good guy, and if we could take our Ford to him we would!
