WOW, this is the 2nd time we had to get an appliance part. The first time we thought we were just lucky, but now after Bob explained both times how to fix, and even guarantees his parts even if they are the wrong one...WOW!! We will recommend this great man to ANYONE who needs appliance help. Thanks for being you Bob.
