I have contacted Bob at Oregon City Appliance twice in the past year. First my dryer went out then my fridge. With a little advice from Bob and buying his parts I was able to do both jobs by myself. I called to get estimates just to see how much I would have paid had I called a service tech. I saved over $250 by doing it myself and taking Bob's advice. Great service great business more

Appliance Parts 12/13/2011

ANYTIME I need a part or have a question about any appliance I call BOB. He has saved me thousands of dollars by helping me get a part and explaining to me how to install it. I even had Sears come out to my house and tried to charge me over $150 to fix my Dryer once. Bob showed me what part I needed and I replace the part for under $10. I have ordered handles, lights, oven glass, fridge shelves, etc...Bob is the only man I call when I need something fixed. I've been buying from parts from Bob for 15 years. He has ALWAYS had the answer for me. more

The Best place to get appliance parts 11/18/2011

I'm a ""do it yourself-er"" and Bob has always (over the last 10-15 years) provided excellent parts and advice. Truly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My first call when there's a problem. more

I love Bob!!!! 7/27/2011

After purchasing a part today from Bob at Oregon City Appliance parts I started adding up how much he has personally saved my extended family in the past 14 years. Just figuring a $40 show up fee and $60 labor for each appliance problem he has helped us with I come up with over $1600 in repairman costs! (BTW, we are really hard on our appliances) Bob is honest to a fault, extremely knowledgeable, and one of the nicest businessmen in the entire city. (No I'm not his mother, he is really this great) If you need a part or even some free advice, call Bob, he is the best. more

AMAZING A-1 customer service 2/7/2011

WOW, this is the 2nd time we had to get an appliance part. The first time we thought we were just lucky, but now after Bob explained both times how to fix, and even guarantees his parts even if they are the wrong one...WOW!! We will recommend this great man to ANYONE who needs appliance help. Thanks for being you Bob. more
