When my laptop crashed for the second time, and could not repair itself or restore back to a working spot, I thought it was gone forever.
I contacted the Laptop Guy, stopped by the shop, and after taking notes from my description, they promised to run diagnostics and to let me know if it was fixable. When the call came that it could be fixed, they gave me multiple options that could be taken. I chose one of the options, and several days later, the laptop was ready to be picked up. They had performed the work as described and I was satisfied.
