NextGen didn?t waste my time bringing up listings that were not within my criteria or price range, (like other realty offices cannot seem to get), -- I told them exactly what I wanted and in under a week they found it for me. It was well worth the money being able to go through a Realty company that didn?t add to the stress of going through a divorce plus I?m very psyched on my new pad.
