they cashed our check for first month, last month and broker's fee ($9342) before the lease was signed, we informed them 4 days before the deadline to sign the lease that we have changed our minds. We never signed a lease and they said they are keeping the money. The apartment is not even available until next month!!! our agent was Jasmine Berry. Renters beware!!!!!!!!
