I have been eating at Pancho's Mexican Buffets for 40 years now. Started at the Pasadena, TX location when I was 7. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The food was either cold or burned. The worst thing you can eat is cold mexican food. I think it has to do with the fact that it is a self serve buffet unlike all of the other pancho's where servers keep the food hot and fresh. The enchilada's had sat there so long the gravy turned black and crusty. You will be in for a big disappointment if you go eat here until management changes.
