It's too bad you can write anything on these reviews. Mark told me about suzi,seems she ordered the equipment and thought she could keep it according to her whims with no regard to the contracted time.Some people make poor decisions and when it fails to work out , it's someone else's fault.Mark was much too fair and returned some of her money but, not all of it.I've delt with Mark for years and have always had exellent ,professional ,honest ,experienced service from him.They've even given me solutions for problems that didn't involve renting a machine from them when I came in to rent such an item! Shame on this bitter person for badmouthing a very good company.
Pros: HONEST, GENUINE ADVICE will stay late or come in early for you.
Cons: 1/2 mile off Maynardville Hwy. in the heart of Halls Crossroads.
