I have been a customer at Halls Tool Rental for several years now, and NOT ONCE has Mark given me a reason to badmouth his company in any way. Every single time I go in I am greeted by his smiling face that is ready to help me get what I need. Whether I'm in a hurry or there's no rush at all, he has every machine and tool in his building on the shelf and ready to go. If you are in a really big hurrry, you can call ahead and he can have what you needed waiting so he can help you get it in your vehicle and back on the road as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this company to any person who needs to rent anything whether it's long-term or just for five hours. Cheap prices, friendly, personal service, and convenience make this the only place I would EVER think about renting something from. 20 TIMES BETTER THAN ANY OTHER STORE'S IMPERSONAL SERVICE!!! It's too bad you can write anything on these reviews. Mark told me about suzi,seems she ordered the equipment and thought she could keep it according to her whims with no regard to the contracted time.Some people make poor decisions and when it fails to work out , it's someone else's fault.Mark was much too fair and returned some of her money but, not all of it.I've delt with Mark for years and have always had exellent ,professional ,honest ,experienced service from him.They've even given me solutions for problems that didn't involve renting a machine from them when I came in to rent such an item! Shame on this bitter person for badmouthing a very good company. Pros: HONEST, GENUINE ADVICE will stay late or come in early for you. WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!!!!!!! HE WILL MAKE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES FOR UNDISCLOSED REASONS!!!!!!!
