I called and spoke with Jerry the manager and asked about purchasing 2 trees that were 15 feet tall. I also informed him that I would need them planted. He acted surprised and sarcastically said to me something to the affect ""well you can expect the price to go up 3x!"" I answered that was ok. Then I asked him if he could send me an e-mail so I could show my Fianc? the estimate. He then said, ""We are a farm... What do you expect me to email you the trees too!?"" I replied back I was just collecting estimates to show the future Mrs. so we could decide who to go with. He then said ""well we don't do email!"" I guess this is one LESS Nursery we have to choose from! I can't believe the attitude I was presented with from this Jerry fella and to top it off the declared he was the manager!! I can only imagine the service he provides. You NEED to work on people skills Jerry!
