Heaven's Garden Llc

I visited Heaven's Garden to find that they moved their operation 300 yards from the retail site, over to their family farm until the spring season. The selection is huge, and includes Trees, Shrubs, Ornamental Grasses, and Perennials. They were offering 20% off, or more on all the items they normally sell over at the retail site. Basically they consolidated, and in the process, enlarged their selction at the same time. The service was wonderful, and the experience very refreshing, it was like I had the whole farm to choose from. Joe, the owner told me that, rather than moving plants to Heaven's Garden, it was more efficient to just have customers visit the farm, and get an expanded plant buying experience. I'll be back, because my car was too small, and I want to grab up more savings. more

I called and spoke with Jerry the manager and asked about purchasing 2 trees that were 15 feet tall. I also informed him that I would need them planted. He acted surprised and sarcastically said to me something to the affect ""well you can expect the price to go up 3x!"" I answered that was ok. Then I asked him if he could send me an e-mail so I could show my Fianc? the estimate. He then said, ""We are a farm... What do you expect me to email you the trees too!?"" I replied back I was just collecting estimates to show the future Mrs. so we could decide who to go with. He then said ""well we don't do email!"" I guess this is one LESS Nursery we have to choose from! I can't believe the attitude I was presented with from this Jerry fella and to top it off the declared he was the manager!!
