I lived here for a few months and on moving out they put some bogus cleaning charge, which they didnt even tell me and put directly to collections affecting my credit. On reviewing my credit report i realized the charge and asked a friend to pay the same which he did by going to their office. I was assured that they will notify the collection agency and it will be off my record. Three years later on reviewing my report i still see the charge on calling them they first said yes we see you have paid and said they will get this cleaned. Still nothing happened and on calling them again they are now totally denying that i paid. I feel so disgusted for trusting them THAT THEY WILL DO THEIR JOB and not keeping my receipts
