We have lived here for a year, and we were quick to turn in our intent to vacate without hesitation. A friend of mine lived here as well, the first week there they had rodents living in their stove and kitchen walls. it took them days to come up with a solution. didnt offer a free months rent or anything. cars were stolen, the management is amazingly friendly however, wendy and jessica are so sweet and handle things in a timely manner. the maintenance team is friendly, not too quick on work orders. a couple times they told me they were goin to enter my unit at a specific date and time and never came, and ended up showing up weeks later, what if i wasnt home? they would be entering without my permission. all the neighbors are noisy. people dont bring their dogs in at night so theres dogs all over barking all night long. we lived rather close to oneof the managers, and constantly had to listen to their domestic quarrels, so they obviously werent setting too great of an example. the grounds are beautiful, nice for walking your dogs, the rent is outrageous. you have to pay the water bill which is split up between all the units, which is hardly fair. on a monthly basis our bill would be anywhere from 60 to 100 bucks. very bad. im sure we were being charged for the pools and spas and watering the grounds. not cool since rent is costing the ones who arent on section 8 an arm and a leg. if you have a patience for tolerating loud and rowdy neighbors on a regular basis, this is your place to live. i cant complain about the management, their great, the two named that is. one of the girls is rather fake and very snooty. my room mate and i were extrmely excited to move in here, and were quickly disappointed with the the overall experience. choose wisely friends. i gotta hand it to them. they make a hugely honest effort to make it a community, and thats admirable.
Pros: grounds are gorgeous
Cons: inside the units not so gorgeous.
