considering the new branch in Lansdowne is associated with this established resteraunt they should have some idea how to run their business - two attempts to get food were succesful but each time the wait was unbearable. The first we waked in for take out and had to wait 35 minutes because they had no rice (this was in the middle of their service time -no rice?) the 2nd time we called ahead and was told pick was in 15 minutes - we arrived on time and waited over an hour with every ten minutes the staff telling us it would be another ten minutes. How could they be so clueless on how long it takes to prepare food and how could they be so disrespectful to customers to make them wait so long - never again .
Pros: small but tasty portions
Cons: not professional , poor service insulting long wait for food
