Review content:
Today I went to pick up a pair of shoes that Ibrought in to have a spot removed from the toe and to have them polished. They brought out my shoes and they had been trashed. They were supposed to call me 2 weeks ago to tell me they were ready, but didn't bother. The finish on the shoes appeared to have been rubbed with ""0"" steel wool which ruined them nor had they been polished. I told them I could not believe what they had done, to which they made no comment.
Pros: worst shoe service in memphis
Cons: Don't waste your time
