My daughter just moved into one of Conquest's apartments. Her place was FILTHY and in need of MANY repairs when she moved in. We cleaned for 6 HOURS just to get to the point where it seemed okay to touch things. Sure the staff is friendly -- they were perfectly friendly when making promises to us, but very little has been done. It took 5 days of calls and visits to the property manager, general manager and maintenance crew just to get locks put on the windows (this is a first floor apartment!). They were much quicker to clean up the huge dead insects that we had to get some Raid to get rid of! Thanks for that, Conquest. Also, we found that what was on the website was not what was available in the apartment.
Pros: Proximity to USC campus
Cons: Extremely poor condition of exterior of building and interior of apartment.
