We had our 2 year old Samsung LCD TV fixed. It kept clicking and would not turn on. I chose Alex TV based on the past reviews and would highly recommend them. The pick up / drop off service charge was reasonable and gets credited to your service. We had our apprehensions that the charges were going to be high (it's common to expect these places to take advantage of you) however Alex TV was VERY reasonable. The owner was so nice and returned calls promptly. We got our TV back in no time and are happy couch potatoes! Thanks again for such a good experience.
