We had our 2 year old Samsung LCD TV fixed. It kept clicking and would not turn on. I chose Alex TV based on the past reviews and would highly recommend them. The pick up / drop off service charge was reasonable and gets credited to your service. We had our apprehensions that the charges were going to be high (it's common to expect these places to take advantage of you) however Alex TV was VERY reasonable. The owner was so nice and returned calls promptly. We got our TV back in no time and are happy couch potatoes! Thanks again for such a good experience. more

I have a brand new Sony LCD HDTV that I took to get repaired at another place and I was given the runaround and a high price. Thankfully I took my TV in for a second look to Alex at Alex TV and right there and then he told me what it was an what he was going to do to fix it. Sure enough he did it in less time than he had initially said and for a much better price than the other guys. I have no doubt that I will return for all of my repair needs. Alex is the best! Ever spend your whole day waiting for service that comes only when they want to? Ever feel like the repair person is doing YOU a favor? Not with Alex TV. He offers same day service- and he means it! Not only did he fix my convoluted TV-VCR-DVD player hookup (which was screwed up by the cable guy)- he gave me excellent service. He spent his time to explain how my system worked until I ""got"" it. It means a lot to me that someone who comes to my house is kind, trustworthy, expert and fair with his prices. He repairs big screen, plasma, LCD, DVD, VCR stereo and computers. He also showed me how to use all of my equipment until I understood it. My LCD had been victim to a rogue power surge, and so I called Alex's TV repair around 9:00am this morning. The lady on the phone was very nice, took my address (West Hollywood) and a description of my TV, and told me that no problem, someone would be over later in the day to take a look.
