I have dealt with this company twice. Neither experiences have I been helped at any length. When you call to acquire about a part needed the only response ever given is you'll have to come out & look at the vehicles to see if they have what you need. They are very lacking in knowledge of stock and/or uninformatove if they in fact have what you need. In this day of our high fuel prices it would be nice to at least know they have the parts or at least possess the vehicle/year model you need before driving all the way out to the yard & potentially find nothing. My first experience I traveled to see if they had what I needed & when I arrived I was told I would just have to walk the yard & see if they in fact had any trucks that had the part I needed. I didn't find the part I needed because they in fact did not have any trucks in the year model I needed. A waste of time & fuel that could have been avoided with a little prior knowledge given. Will I use them again? Maybe...as a last resort probably.
