$178.00 FOR A CAR WASH!!! I TOOK MY SPOTSTS CAR IN FOR A WASH AND WAX BACK IN EARLY JUNE. THE NEXT DAY I NOTICED MY AIR CONDITIONER VENT HAD BEEN BROKEN HALF OFF. AFTER TAKING IT IN THAT DAY,I WAS TOLD THAT IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN DONE BY SOMEONE A LONG TIME AGO ( QUESTIONING MY INTEGRITY ! ).I AM THE ONLY ONE WHOEVER DRIVES MY CAR. AFTER GETTING QUITE UPSET AND DOING AN ACCIDENT REPORT, I WAS TOLD THAT THE GENERAL MANAGER WOULD CALL THE NEXT DAY. THIS IS JULY19TH AND I DON'T EVER EXPECT TO HEAR FROM HIM. THESE ARE THE MOST UNCARING AND UNPROFESSIONAL SO CALLED BUSINESS PEOPLE I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF RUNNING ACROSS. THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS!!! I AM IN THE PROCESS OF REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AND ANDY WISE AT WREG. I AM OUT $178.00 FOR A WAX JOB.THAT IS WHAT I PAID TO HAVE MY VENT REPLACED.
