We paid forty dollars for the ""Biggie"" package and told them we wanted the interior cleaned including the seats for our Jeep Liberty. I wanted my wife's car cleaned for her birthday. The manager also circled ""armorall tires"" and ""armorall interior"" and said it was free. Ok cool. We're told the car is ready... The dashboard is really shiney and wet, and there's a puddle of water in the gear shifter fabric on the center console. The tires were also shiney in some spots. We pulled out of the lot and returned a minute later. The carpet and seats weren't touched. We asked them to fix it and said we wanted the inside cleaned including the carpet and seats. Again, we're told the vehicle was done (1.5 hours total wait time). As we're leaving, we noticed they did soak the carpet and seats, but it doesn't smell good or like cleaner was involved. The area between the seats still has dog hair and little crumbs where they obviously didn't vacuum it, and the cargo area WASN'T TOUCHED. There's still dog hairs scattered around, and there's a little bit of saw dust where we had some wood in there, so they obviously didn't vacuum it. Also, there was Armorall splattered all over the bottom of the windshield from cleaning the dashboard, and it wasn't wiped off. I called the manager, and I was told to bring the car back for a third time. By this time, we're starving for dinner and I explained we can't wait another hour for them to clean it right now. Waste of money.
