This company sucks! I signed my contract in January of 09, when I purchased my home. Recently, I have tested my alarm to see how long or if the monitoring company would contact me. There were times when it would take the monitoring company (which I believe are the owners of Fort Knox) 10 mins or more to call. I could be dead within 10 mins. I have received at least two letters from the monitoring company stating that the monitoring company would no longer monitor my home due to the fact that Fort Knox would not pay their bill(s). My contract stated that my draft would come out on the first of every month. In April, the draft was done on the 27th, in March on the 14th and in February on the 21st. What kind of sense does this make?!?! NEVER, EVER use this company. If you have an issue, they will never answer the phone and will not return any phone calls no matter how many messages you leave them. The address listed on the website, they do not occupy. The property is up for sale. They company can only be contacted via a PO Box and that is if they pick up the mail. Please google search Fort Knox and review the story that Andy Wise did on the billing practices, poor customer service, etc. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
