I thought it was outrageous that I would be charged $125.00 to change a battery when my died after five years. After I canceled my contract, the company kept taking money from my account. No one would call me back from the company after I left repeated messages. When I finally talked to someone, she had to be the rudest customer service agent I have ever come across. I am still trying to get the matter resolved. Do not use this company. They have multiple complaints from the BBB.
