I'm a dancer and choreographer that had recently moved to the ""Metroplex"" from Austin looking for the dance community in the area. I had been doing a lot of research with a lot of dead ends. The dance scene in North TX seems to be very different and when I came across Sheena's Dance Academy I thought I might have found something good. They like to advertise themselves as the ""it"" of the town. My exchange with one of their staff members online last year was disappointing, it was like they as a business where not interested in bringing in customers. I asked for a simple question about adult classes and it became a national security issue. The staff member proceeded to inform me in a rather rude tone, that their adult classes are very popular and booked at the moment. She never answered my question about what days and what times the adult classes were offered! I asked again for future reference never got my answer by the way. I also asked about any other schools that may offer classes for adults and she responded by directing me to junior colleges in the area and suggesting that they may ALLOW me to join their classes! This business does not get what CUSTOMER SERVICE is about and or providing the customer with information let alone treating people with respect!!!
