Did you know that pests can arrive in your home via newly-installed appliances? It's true, they love cardboard containers. That's what happened to us, and it was beyond frustrating because we'd just moved into a brand-new home. Palmetto Exterminators had the termite treatment contract in our neighborhood, and so naturally we turned to them for help. Appointment scheduling was a nightmare--the best they could offer was a 6-hour window in which they might arrive. Who can wait at home all day? Worse, Palmetto let us down by refusing to go behind the appliances to bait/treat the source of the problem. Repeated pleas to do so were met with excuses and outright refusal. We found another pest-control service and they quickly took care of the problem as promised, and on time to boot. I cannot for the life of me understand how Palmetto got its reputation for excellence with the poor-quality service we experienced.
