Don't have much to say about their service. But in the past few months I've received steady stream of deceptive marketing letters designed to look like ""overdue final notice"" bills that are ""subject to arbitration by penal code, blahblahblah"". The harassment with this nuisance spam is so aggravating that I'd recommend no one ever endorse their business and fund these shady activities. more

Did you know that pests can arrive in your home via newly-installed appliances? It's true, they love cardboard containers. That's what happened to us, and it was beyond frustrating because we'd just moved into a brand-new home. Palmetto Exterminators had the termite treatment contract in our neighborhood, and so naturally we turned to them for help. Appointment scheduling was a nightmare--the best they could offer was a 6-hour window in which they might arrive. Who can wait at home all day? Worse, Palmetto let us down by refusing to go behind the appliances to bait/treat the source of the problem. Repeated pleas to do so were met with excuses and outright refusal. We found another pest-control service and they quickly took care of the problem as promised, and on time to boot. I cannot for the life of me understand how Palmetto got its reputation for excellence with the poor-quality service we experienced. Cons: read below more
