Review content:
I had dinner at the Trace last week with four of my girl friends and we had a great experience. We all like good food and we were not disappointed. Our bruschetta and calamari apps were great. All of our meals with outstanding. I have never seen such great presentation on a plate, except in New York. I had the Grouper with bacon and pear sauce, incredible. It took a little while for our meals to get there, but the server kept us informed and explained it takes a little longer, because everything is made from scratch. It took a total of about 25 minutes, not too bad in all. The wine list was a little overwhelming, but they had enough wines by the glass, that we were able to try several different wines. The pours on the wine were very generous compared to what I had at Watermark the week before. Dessert was just as good, we had the chocolate molten cake and white chocolate bread pudding. Wow, these were hot and rich. A great way to end the meal. We ended up stayiing for about an hour after dinner. The place was packed with people in the bar area. We met a lot of fun people. We will back back soon. Pros: atmosphere, food, wine list Cons: busy
