I have lived at Sanbyrn Hall for the past 2 years in the C building.. OHH my god it was one thing after another. Plumbing problems are the most rutine encounter along with evasive neighborly questions about what/who was parking in the lot or did you have company over? Very Busy bodied neighbors with Idle time on their hands to just set around and talk about who is new to the building. Lights out by 7:30-8:00pm and rules to be followed no matter what or you will recieve harrassing phone calls from landlords or management!!! take my advice if you are young and in your 30's dont live here... Its not worth the hell....!!!
Pros: Shady Parking lots that are dark at night...
Cons: Busybodied NEIGHBORS, Weird Plumbing Problems, Way To many Cats!!!!!!!!!!!!
